Had an awesome stay with my friends! We visited Knott's Berry Farm and the beach, which were both super close by. The staff was friendly and we loved the cozy atmosphere. Great value for the price! Just a heads up, the pool area can get busy during peak hours, so plan accordingly.

We had a bit of an issue with towels. They provided just one washcloth for two people, which was frustrating.

The Superior King Room I stayed in was decent for the price. The AC was super cold, which was great, and there was hot water in the shower. Plus, they had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, which I found really convenient. It’s nice when they think of those little things.

During my visit, the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. The room was clean, and I appreciated having access to complimentary coffee in the lobby. As someone from Italy, I find these moments comforting when traveling.

The air conditioning unit was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep.

This place was a great fit for a short break in Santa Ana with extraordinarily good value for money. The front desk staff was super helpful and allowed us to check in early without any extra charge. Just be sure to bring your own toiletries, as they don't provide many.
